I keep getting this error when i rehash:

--- Error binding stream socket to IP 2001.0.0.0 port 6667 - IRC.mysite.com[2001:5c0:Ffff:fffF::FFFF.6667]:Can't assign requested address

The capital Fs in the address are characters I replaced.

Its running on Windows Server 2003 Enterprise, Unreal3.2.3, it seems to be able to open ::1 (/stats P), but I still cannot connect to it.

Does the server really have that IP address? If you use some sort of NAT, you have to listen on the server's IP, not the external IP address.

UnrealIRCd on windows does not have IPv6 support.
