Bugs and Feature Requests area is difficult to post in, since the entire area is "locked". I was going to make a feature request, but I guess I can wait until someone decides why that area of the forum needs to be locked up.

Heh don't worry, it's a tad confusing indeed...
It first automatically redirected you to
http://bugs.unrealircd.org/, but there's some kind of bug currently that require us to (temporary?) use this aproach.
Anyway, DeMiNe0 knows more about this ;).

phpBB 2.0.x doesn't support redirects, but the 2.2 series will (if it comes out, that is).
Obviously, this is assuming that DeMiNe0 hasn't made any modifications...

They had it as a redirect for some time (clicking the link in the forum sent you to the bug tracker)... I don't know why they turned into a normal forum again.
