Okay, here is the situation:

Code: Select all

* Loading IRCd configuration ..
[error] Couldn't open "unrealircd.conf": No such file or directory
[error] Could not load config file unrealircd.conf
[error] IRCd configuration failed to load
Possible error encountered (IRCd seemily not started)
=====================================================
Check above for possible errors, and this output of
ircd.log. If you cannot solve the problem, read
Unreal.nfo on where to get support

So, question one: Why do i get these errors without having a config?
Question two: If i'll put in my config, its about to show the same errors (After reporting a clean boot).

These errors are not actual errors from booting but the last few log entries. If Unreal fails to load, it displays the last log entries for debugging purposes. That's also why there are timestamps :wink:

Anyway: Be sure to use your correct IP address, i.e. the one you "own". 62.75.148.95 is wrong... could it be 62.75.148.91?

Yep, the ip was wrong. But now, i'm getting a new error:

Code: Select all

./unreal: line 10: /home/blade/irc/Unreal3.2/src/ircd: No such file or directory

You mustn't move the directory after you installed Unreal. Move it back to the old location and it will work (or reinstall Unreal).
