Dear All,
As your recommended i downloaded Anope-1.7.10.exe and installed on my windows2003 server but after i open the short-cut icon it said...
This application has failed to start because MSVCR71.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
Also aus281W32UN.zip doesn't work when i open simple.conf file i found
unclear words like cipher text and some words are clear .
Where is the link or DOCs that can complete my iRCd server.
what the answer is..?
Those made me think Unreal iRCd server is very difficult to implement.

Simply google for MSVCR71.dll, download it, and put it in the anope directory.
