I don't understand what is wrong, could somebody help me please?

* Loading IRCd configuration ..
[error] modules\cloak.dll: Unexpected EOF.
[error] Could not load config file modules\cloak.dll
[error] IRCd configuration failed to load

looks like somthing went wrong during install. file might be damage

EOF = end of file

a recompiling an havng correct paths in config might help

For modules you need to use loadmodule, not include.
