Hi Folks,

I'd like know how can I make to disable the functions /whois and /list ?
I use the version 3.2.3.

In short, disabling /whois can't be done.

If you want to disable /list, sett:modes-on-join +s, and set::restrict-cahnnelmodes s

How make to disable the functions as: /whois and /list
