ok here i go , i been using anope1.7.10 since it was released .... but getting something weird ... like there is a option in Operserv to give ircop to a user without adding oper block in server conf file [ /os oline +flags nick ] but when i try to give my eggy services admin or server admin it does gives oper but just ircop , it doesnt show in whois that the eggy is server or services admin , instead it shows its ircop. So is it a bug or do i have to enable any option ? :) Thanks in advance .

This is either a bug in Anope not telling Unreal to give the user Services Admin, or it is a bug in Unreal that is not accepting the Services Admin flag. To tell for sure, someone would need to run Anope in debug mode, and dig through the sources of both Anope and Unreal for the function(s) involved.

Or we can just wait for Anope or Unreal coders to notice this thread and have them look themselves. (Hint: Both Anope and Unreal have bug reporting systems... I would send it to Anope first, and wait for them to blame it on Unreal).

It works as it should, i guess...

/os oline gives operflags to a user
(it uses SVSO i think)

To give a user oper MODES, you have to use /os umode after you used /os oline.

But you should not give oper privileges to a bot anyway :P
