unrealircd.conf missing???

i have downloaded and installed it but every time i try 2 start it it stops and closes so i checked the log file and it keeps saying unrealircd.conf missing or something like that. can some 1 help me out with this cause i am sort of a newbie with this sort of stuff.

ok 1st of all sry for the double post, okay i think i got it but every time i start the server nothing happens?? is that supposed to happen because i have apache and an ftp server goin 2 is there conflict???

i looked at the links and everything but it is still not working?? it goes into the system tray but disappears 1 sec after i start, could it be a problem where i havn't placed the modules correctly?? cause i have them in there at the start of the .conf.

btw i have it set up on port 100

noticed nobody had replied to that last post about the port your using elmo, so...

I BELIEVE (im note sure) that FTP uses 21. i may be wron, but im fairly sure it uses 21 or 70 or 71 or somthing like that (although of course, you can always change it in the conf for THAT--check?). And HTTP/Apache ALWAYS (well, the standard is at least) 80. There may be other ports for HTTP, or for HTTPS, but not that i know of.

And btw have you gotten it set up? at least thisll be a (hopefully) useful port guide for you ;)
