Alright, I gotta a couple of newb questions.
1) How do I change the "Local kill by" or the "user has been banned" from gline/kill messages to the text I want? is it possible?
2) I figured how to add an IRC operator, but it makes them network admin, how can I make a normal IRC operator, just a "tech admin" or something?
3) To set a perm gline, you set the time on 0, right?
