I have root , recently i have heard about increasing the number of the users by the Shell surely if i have root,
So i want to know how to increase the /lusers for the maximum
Where to set that ?

If on the other hand, you mean:

Current Local Users: 162 Max: 200
Current Global Users: 1209 Max: 2627

That "max" is just the most users who have ever been connected to your server at any one time.
