Some infrastructure moving...

We are currently moving part of the unrealircd infrastructure to a new location, including (but not limited to): cvs, dns, mail, viewcvs.
Move is pretty much done now (major things, at least)...
Bot is up, cvs works, (viewcvs dns is being updated at time of writing), most domains work again (yes, unrealircd.* was unaffected), mail&mailinglists work again...
