/samode for non-services admins

my question is : i want my opers to use /samode but i don't want them to write in their whois services admin. i only want them use /samode. how can i do that?

Anyway, no, you can't do that. The "SA" in samode stands for services admin
However, you could give them the can_override flag...
(Or you just give them access to Operserv...)

ok if you find tell me please. i don't want them to have services admin privileges and wrote in in whois. only samode command there 's nothing else..

um i think you misunderstood..
theres only 2 options...
1) they get services admin and not can_override;
2) you give them can_override; and not services admin
(can_override is a flag that allows them to alter channel modes / channels etc without needed ops)
