I can't connect in my server!!! HELP ME!!!

Hi. I'm from bulgaria.
I config my unrealircd.conf file and i view this on my service.log:
* Loading IRCd configuration ..
[warning] unrealircd.conf:73: listen with SSL flag enabled on a non SSL compile
* Configuration loaded without any problems ..
but i can't connect to my server ip (217.79.80.213) with port: 6667. why???
