No, it's not possible to change the symbols.

are you sure i realyl need it done because i want to make a +z that gives them a ~ in front of there name

a ~ already exists: that's +q (channel owner)

this is what i want i really need to know what file it is in and what program to edit it in. I want to have a user mode for a user called +z that gives them ~ and change the +q from a ~ to a .
