How can i sync my TS times

i must set my servers ts clock but i don't know how can i do that that is my /tsctl alltime info
[17:26] -ren.geyik.net- *** Server=ren.geyik.net TStime=1128932608 time()=1128954387 TSoffset=-21778

how can i sync my clocks all the servers.
please tell me a certain and easy way to do that.
