I would like to see an Unreal module that extends the actual TLD block in the following two ways:

1) it uses IPs not hostnames to determin the location of the user via a free database like the one provided by MaxMind (see http://www.maxmind.com/app/api and http://www.maxmind.com/app/geoip_country). The module should allow by its conf file to auto-join a user to a chan base on the detected TLD from its IP.

2) the TLD part in the conf should be a regexp.

Hope somebody will see the usability of such a module and, with your help, bring it to life.

If anyone is interested about this kind of feature, trystan from Anope services forum was kind to release a working alfa of an Anope module that implements such functions using SVSJOIN.
