vHost.c Module by AngryWolf

Hi again 
I'm using AngryWolf's vHost.c module and it works wonderfull.
But:
Is there any way to get a list of all vHosts? (the module stores the vhost data in a file named "vhost.db", so maybe a 3rd party module to read the data from this file?)
Ircops can add/modify and delete vhosts but how can you delete or change vhosts when you dont know what their login is?
