dsw & dsp

is there a way to make the dsw an dsp files so unreal can be loaded in vb-net gui
Possible, sure.
But we chose not do so, it would also mean 2 things (3 total) would need to be maintained, and it's much easier to just change the 2 makefiles (windows & *nix) for us.
As you can see from other projects like c-ares and curl they tend to be out of date very quickly (that said, probably their windows makefiles are more up to date ;p).
