Disable Raw

i know anope has options to disable raw command but is there a way to do it in unreal so server will ignore /raw

No, because /raw is a client command, not an Unreal command.

Dont worry about it, users cant do anything with /raw that they couldnt do without it.

/raw is a client command, and not every client has one anyway! (Some use /quote)

Some use TELNET as IRC client, so....... :)
