Binding fixed things

i got a question ... like we can bind selected ident/ip for opers .. in oper block , is it possible to bind fixed gcos also in the oper block ? i never seen it so a bit confused ... and one more thing do any one know any services module ( anope ) for binding ip for Aop nicks ? its funny but just curious oh am saying it in here coz i didnt feel to open a new thread just for this silly question.

About oper and gcos: You can't... Oper blocks only allow ident and host, which is enough. If someone knows how to change their ident/host to match an oper, gcos is easy too. Also, gcos can be changed with the SETNAME command, which is available to everyone.
About restricting hosts on nicks, use the access list for the nicks, and set them to KILL IMMED. This will make anyone not matching the ident@host be instantly changed to a guest nick.
