I have lowered Visual NET and not Microsoft where to write these commands:

1. Start the Visual Studio NET Command Prompt
2. Go to your UnrealIrcd to dir (like: CD \dev\unreal3.2) and then compiles with: nmake - f makefile.win32 This will generate to wircd.exe and unreal.exe
3. Copy the src\win32\tre.dll to your UnrealIrcd main to dir.
4. Donate! somebody could guide to me?

If you don't understand those commands, you should be using a precompiled version off the Unreal website.
