Message on connect

first of all, I really like UnrealIRCD, it was really easy to setup, and the included help is really clear, so thanks 
My question:
When I connect to my IRC server I get a message with all kinds of info.
Can this be removed or at least edited?
Mine is:
Which contains all kinds of info I do not want my users to be bothered with.
