Is there a pre-compiled "help" module in ths IRCD? I checked the docs but it didn't mentiong anything. What I'm talking about is, on most of the other servers I've been on, I type /help umodes or /help chmodes, and it lists them all, now, instead of doing that, it sends a message to me saying that I need help with something...

follow the instructions and you'll be helped.

You would have needed to included the help.conf file in order to use the default helpop system.
