Compile fails, win32, vs 2005

Windows XP Pro SP2 (fully updated)
Visual Studio 2005

ALMOST FORGOT!
im attempting to compile 3.2.3, NOT the rc release...though that fails with the same error aswell.

Nope, /debugtype doesn't appear to exist in LINK 8.0 so unreal will need to fix that somehow ;) .
