Anope Channel Registration

By default (or by design), Anope let's anyone register any channel. I was wondering if there was a SET option somewhere that would force channel registration to be performed by IRCops. Anyone happen to know of a way to restrict the channel registration command in Anope?

If there is not an option in the conf, I am sure there is a module somewhere... Read all of the example.conf, if you don't see anything there, check the Anope modules list on the Anope website.
