Better AntiRandom module??

Can someone code a module like the AntiRandom, but with some changes:
The module should block ALL joins on the network with random words in the nicks like "blabla123" "blabla566".

It would also trigger on a great deal of innocent users.
Use spamfilters.

but the spamfilter mean is > you need all the time upload
