umode +N, netadmin

I know that there is a +N umode in Unrealircd, and I think it stands for 'netadmin'.

What, however, does this umode do? I realise it makes you show as a netadmin in /whois,
and I've heard it allows you to rehash servers remotely, but what else?

Could anyone give me an exaustive list of all the things that the 'netadmin' mode allows you to do?

RTFM. +N includes all the permssions of +A and +a.

Plus: you can kill/deop/deadmin/deowner users with umode +S. That's about it.

I don't use unreal, and there was no obvious manual section on the website.
Usually, I answer such questions myself by simply doing a grep of the source code, and will for all questions in future.
