I have a problem after install it

Firstly thanks if someone can guide me.
After installed the unrealircd 3.2.4 (win32)

then i run it by click on the icon on my desktop.
then i got some kind of error.
it tell me my unrealird.cfg is lost... why it happen?
and can we fix it and how to...

[error] Could not load config file unrealircd.conf[error] IRCd configuration failed to load

you must create it from doc/example.conf

and then copy it into your unreal root dir..

What I told Syzop a few days ago:
[19:33:40] <Stealth> Syzop, I think the next version of Unreal should not include an example.conf, and one should not be made available
[19:34:37] <Stealth> We should replace the example.conf contents with "You must read the documentation and create your own configuration file. If you cannot, then you may not run Unreal"

People still need an example.conf. You can't expect them to read, copy&paste, then change the values from the BIG FAQ. I'd use a welcome screen when first run, telling the user to take the example.conf, study it, and craete his own unrealircd.conf.

i totally agree with this.
