./configure --with-showlistmodes --enable-nospoof --enable-hub --with-listen=5 --with-dpath=/home/xxx/Unreal3.2 --with-spath=/home/xxx/Unreal3.2/src/ircd --with-nick-history=2000 --with-sendq=3000000 --with-bufferpool=18 --with-hostname=xxxx --with-permissions=0600 --with-fd-setsize=1024 --enable-dynamic-linking
checking for gcc... no
checking for cc... no
checking for cc... no
checking for cl... no
configure: error: no acceptable C compiler found in $PATH
can any1 tell me where is the problem plss!???

DONT DO ./configure!

DO ./Config

JEEZ people, learn to read the docs!

hey man thnx,i know that and i do ./Config but after i see that error!

Bricker's suggestion was correct but didnt address the error. Install a C compiler.
