deny channel overrideable by IRC Operators

Hey,
We have a locked down network, where by we have a deny all channels line, but then allow channels that we want users to access. The only trouble we're having, is our IRC Operators (+O) can join any channel, even if it isn't in the allow list, and then they can sajoin users to this channel. I was wondering if there was anyway to stop IRC Operators (or even netadmins, if it has to be done to stop irc operators) joining any channel they want, and make them obey by the configuration as well?

Thanks in advance!

If you don't trust your opers, don't make them opers.

If you tell them not to join the forbidden channel(s), they shouldn't. If opers abuse their power, then are they really worth of an O:Line?

Yeah hes right, if opers are doing that when told not to why are they opers, dont understand why some people give O:lines to people on servers if they dont trust them or there gonna abuse there powers and cuase trouble, it dont look like a very good exanple there setting to users on your network if your opers are doing things like that.

Even though I agree with what they said..I'm looking at the conf and i'm gonna say no, unless you take away their O-lines.. o.o;

Well I used to have the same network layout that you are trying to create.

as for IRC Operators, of course they have the ability to create channels because o:lines ignore deny channels {} blocks.

And as aquanight said
If you don't trust your opers, don't make them opers.
