How do you uninstall Unreal, I am moving IRC over to another server. I would like to keep ircd.conf for the other server. I am using Unreal 3.2.4, running on Mac OS X.

You would uninstall UnrealIRCd the same that you would for any other application. Since you are presumably using the same configuration on your new server, I would suggest backing up your configuration files (unrealircd.conf, ircd.motd, etc) FIRST.
