chanfilter censor idea (user defined)

i would like to see a channelmode +g
Explained: provides the channel mode +g which allows channel operators to choose which words to filter from their channel.
To add words: /mode #chan +g wordhere, to list /mode #chan (+)g
what also would be nice: if the word accepts wildcards such as *. So if you add +g hot -> you can say in the channel: i shot him. but you cant say: wow its hot today. when adding *hot* this would also block you from saying: i shot him.
