Hi ; I want only users ho gives resion reply can connect to my server... I want this becous some of trojan bots does not replies version ctcps... I dont want them to connect my server... Can we block them while it is connecting to server? Thanks For Your Help...

Sorry, but I don't think so.

There might be a module for it (search modules section of the forums) or it might have been mentioned as a possible feature in furture versions (search the bugtracker). However, your best (and probably only) option would be to ban known hostmasks that these bots are known to connect from.
