How to set Network service mode?

Hello,
I am a network adminsitrator with the following modes rhgwlcLkKbBnGAaNCWHv , I see other Opers on the network with the same modes as me set themsleves as a Network Service +S , can you please tell me how can i do that also? what is the command for that?
You help is much appreciated, thank you.

Can you tell exactly why you want to behave like a Network Service? Anyway you could do that with a simple UMODE[via ULines] or a quite simple /mode.

+S can only be set by services

I want to have the ability to modify the aop/sop lists of the channels.
and i tried /mode bakkouz +S but it did nothing.

Being Operserv Admin you solve that problem. +S isn´t essential for that I guess.
PD : And my bad, only services can set +S

I am a server administrator and and a services administrator, how can my set myself as an Operserv admin ?

brw, anything, that is called U:Lined-<something> can set mode +S, not only services ;)

Don't even think about U:Lining a normal server (and it wouldn't work anyway

First of all you need to add yourself to the Admin List with this command:
Also you need to be a root for your server before you can maintain everything on your server. Look into your services.conf file.

use /os umode nick +S

The only problem with that is if you change your user mode to anything else even if you dont affect the +S the +S is still removed automatically.

Yes, because it's for services, so you have to be a service to set it. Since anyone on a client server is clearly not a service, it gets ignored.
