Win32 "listen with SSL flag enabled on a non SSL compil

I've compiled the Win32 version with USE_SSL=1 and the proper pathing when compiling. Everything looks good. I see it linking in the SSL libs but when I try to actually fire up the server I'm getting:
"listen with SSL flag enabled on a non SSL compile"
Boooooo. I just can't seem to find the disconnect to get SSL working.

I think that you cannot compile properly.
"/version" as ircop what say to you?

Maybe your SSL sources is not functioning. Its same to me last time. Try download at
http://www.openssl.org then recompile it
