do you guys have archives of old versions?
i need a version that will compile on visual studio 6.0

If it's not a silly question why do you need a version that will compile with Visual Studio 6 when you can download pre-compiled versions for windows. Also you can download the tools to compile the latest versions for free.

Old versions are not supported, so logically they are no longer available.

And furthermore, the compilers for Visual Studio .NET can be downloaded from Microsoft. Search their site for Visual C++ Toolkit and Platform SDK.
