Is there a way to change the channel name while there are users inside of that channel? I'm running a chat room on a Classified network..we use it to pass reports and other stuff thats a pain in the ass to pass over the radio. And we have a chat room that my lieutenant wants named something else but most of the users we have are fucking retarded and can't figure out how to change it. So I'm just wondering if theres a way that I can change it from my server or by user the /oper Thanks

create a new room with the name you want.

Get NetAdmin access
use SAPART/SAJOIN to force everyone to join the new channel.

Otherwise the answer is no, you cannot change a room name while people are in it.
