Compile/configure error with latest unrealircd (3.2.5)

Hello there,
I Have a problem with compiling/configuring Unreal v3.2.5.
I get the following msg
And i can't find what is wrong with it 
.
Does someone know how to fix this, or what i can try to fix this
.
