SVSKill?

I'm pretty sure that svskill is a services module, but is there any chance that a there is a module with the same functionality of svskill, but for Unreal?

Well for a start the function of SVSKILL and /KILL are the same except for how the reason message is handled.

Opers do not have the ability to use SVSKILL due to the possible abuse

Oh well, SVSKill isn't really a necessary part of an IRC network. If you think about it, the only reason anyone would need svskill is to abuse someone.
