I have mode +T set on all users going the server I administer. This server is private and used for a specific reason. The current message although easily understood by someone who has used IRC for a while, is causing me to get several emails a day. Is there any way to change this wording and add a http:// link in it Like the Example below it.

You must identify to a registered nick to private message

You must be identified to a registered nick to private message nick for further help go to http://someurl.com/NS/

Modifying Unreal is not supported. Furthermore, neither usermode nor channel mode +T blocks private messages to a user.
