Cant connect

Hello,
I have set up Unreal IRCD 3.2.5 on a Windows XP based computer. Everything goes ok until i try to connect with my irc client. I get the following messages:
Moderator: Do NOT post your complete config file! [removed]
The log file doesn't show me any errors.
Can anyone please help me?
