i have a strange thing happening when someone connects i get this host
how can i solve this? [/code]

That person is probably connecting with a VHost. The only thing you can do is ban that host and say he needs to connect with his real host.

but he says that he doenst do that :s and its not a vhost i think because he connects with that host

either he has a vhost before he connected to the server (which u`ll need to check to be sure)
or a vhost set by the server/a ircop is being shown when its not ment to be
