with the +f join flood -- when a netsplit happens, does it stop the mode coming on and let the netsplit back in or does it still put on the mode ?

+f join flood detection will not count the people returning from a netsplit as "joining", in other words: "it's smart".

[It uses the EOS (End Of Synch) system for this]
