I would like to have a word replaced with multiple alternatives and get colors to the replaced word. Is that possible?

I think anything to be done with color blocking should be done by the irc client and not by the server. but possible try Angry Wolfs adwords module http://angrywolf.org/modules.php?lang=en

well there is Syzop's textban but that won't do anything with colors... I don't think you can replace words with colored versions of the word... also please note that in Syzops module it works the same as the server's badword filter
