I want to know if there is a way to disable the ignore command for my staff. Or is there a command in mirc to do it?

If that's what you meant, then the answer is no. Why would you want to disable ignore? So that your users will be flooded and can't do anything about it?

Or maybe, he wants IRC operators to be able to override the SILENCE list for users...
