wen loadin the unrealircd is brings this error up

"The application has failed to initialize properly (0xc0000022). Click ok to terminate"

what can i do to fix this?

What operating system/version of Unreal are you on.

OS is windows 2k3

unreal v3.2.6

it worked fine on the old computer but it was moved to a new better computer in the same file structure

Is it a self compiled version of are you using the Unreal installer? Either way you should probably reinstall.
