Hi. =) I am having a slight problem with me portfowarding. (me = my. I hate bad grammar, dawg.) You see, I have all the ports forwarded that unrealircd listens for. These include, 6667 and. 7000. 7000 is the port that my services link with. I have these pots forwarded correctly, both protocols, and I still get the "connection refused" error.

I suppose I should show you my listen block:
listen *:6667;
listen *:7000;
I also guess I should take a screeny of my port forwarding screen.

So is there anything I have done wrong...? Or is it my ISP?

OH! Also, when I put it into DMZ, everything works, but I can not upload anything. So I get disconnected from some servers. send files, etc.

Also, I am running the newest version ot unrealircd, anope, and I am running Windows XP Pro.

Im gonna take a wild guess here and say youre trying to connect from a computer behind the router (private side) to the routers external IP. Generally most routers dont allow that. To test port forwarding you need someone who is not on your LAN to try and connect.

Have you checked the firewall settings on the computer running Unreal?
