well as far i knew fantasy mode of botserv enables these commands !op, !deop, !kb .... but its also enabling !seen and whenever a user is using !seen along with my seenbot ( eggdrop ) channel bot ( botserv bot ) is also replying, is there any way to stop ? i just want the !op.!deop,!kb these commands to remain enable and to disable !seen command. Thanks in advance.

What services package are you using?

Anope services.

u mean just remove that line from services.conf ? or do i have to do anything else to disable the module ...

Remove that module from the botserv core modules line then restart services after you reload their config.
