A module For Chat Limited.

Hello,
I am in search of a module which existed some time ago.
Indeed, I look for a module which allows to make cats with persons known for example. The persons ask their questions on a cat and of the other one highly-rated, alone(only) the questions validated by the moderator are sent to our guest.
Some things in this kind(genre).
Do you know if it exists?
