Searching for a Professional

Hello.
I am currently looking for someone who knows all there is to know about IRC ans the UnrealIrcd.
I am trying to open a server, but is frequently am running into problem after problem.
I have purchased a server from ircexpress.com and have Unreal 3.2 installed.
I need someone who can get my server to work with mIRC as well as script a couple small - medium ranged projects.
